Hmm, i would have first said SFC /scannow but you've already done that. 

From the look of the screenshot, maybe there's another monitor recognised for some reason or an other? Check Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Display\Screen Resolution and see if there's just one screen there. (long shot)
