I've tested the GPU on another PC and its working fine. Tried a different slots and  still the same. Could it be my PSU? but motherboard and others are powering up just fine. Try reseating both ends of the power cable.

You can also try plugging the cable into another pcie port on the psu or using another pcie cable that came with the psu.

I have tried using other slots on the motherboard and other PCIE slots as well. swap the end and the front of the PCIE cable as well. NO go. About to try another GPU see if it works

Graphics card should always be put on the top slot closest to cpu unless the slot is dead for some reason.
