What would everyone recommend for a new build? I will be re using my ASUS TUF Gaming NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 Ti OC Edition but will need everything else for the tower. I mainly game and mess around with Blender and other 3D soaftware from time to time as a hobby. For processor I was thinking of going with the i-9 13900k or the R9 7950x but leaning more towards intel. the overall budget is $2,500 to $3000 after taxes and all that.

Better PSU for the build, and better airflow in the case. Lian Li would be better for aesthetics, but not airflow.

You can also add more fans to the build, like you had in your starting list. I would recommend RGB fans, and you can set them all to white or whatever you want.
