Muffeled Sound

I have a sniper 5 mobo, and have tried to talk to people via adobe connect, and Team Speak, as well as ads on spotify, the people sound muffeled, I tried restarting my pc, and just updated my drivers yesterday, its no t my headphones because my px22 and blacksharks are both having the problem. Can anyone tell me something else to try?

P.S. music and in game sound is fine, so this makes me even more confused.

To a spliter that goes mic audio, to my black widow keyboard, to the back of my case, but i got that fixed, but now my mic wont work.

Got all the problems fixed, I uninstalled the driver, adn that fixed everything/
