PC stutter issue when moving mouse

After asking on Reddit someone suggested the possibility of a memory leak

 

I left my pc on overnight and came back to the stuttering, but closing SignalRGB stopped the stuttering immediately.

 

I'm not sure if it was a memory leak because task manager said it was only taking up 300mb of ram but it seemed to fix the issue 🙂

If it's USB (especially on a wireless dongle), try swapping USB ports. It does make a difference sometimes.

I don't badmouth others' input, I'd appreciate others not badmouthing mine. *** More below ***
