So I've had my build running for about 6 month now, and all of a sudden a pretty high static noise is coming from my motherboard.
I later found it was to do with my Pump cpu fan, it's set to 100% in bios running at about 2400rps on PWM, when I put it on DC and make it go down in rps, about 1000-1500, the noise goes away.

But by doing this, my cpu temps also go quite a bit higher than before, and the fans keep jumping from high to low, which is really annoying.
Is there anything i can do, and if not is it my Pump/cpu cooler that is broken or my motherboard?

What is a "Static noise from the motherboard" is this a headphone noise you can hear when the pump is under high load?

It sounds more like the AIO is wearing out.

Well, it's like a buzzing sound that if u look directly at the board, it's from the top left part, And I guess you could compare the sound to how some fridges sound, that small buzzing/humming sound, if that makes any sense

I have only had the speaker sound you mentioned once a long time back, and that had a bit more "bass" note to it, where this is much higher pitched.
The pump/cpu cooler is a MasterLiquid ML360R RGB and is 7 month old, The system is not Overclocked or tampered with in bios, besides my fiddling with the Fan speeds.

I think you've narrowed it down to your pump if you fiddle with the speed and the noise changes. I had a 2080 ti evga hybrid card with a pump that died and it started making some buzzing noises then about a month later it totally stopped spinning. It resulted in me adding an external pump and just forcing water through the card because it was way out of warranty.

6 or 7 months is short and I would see if they can warranty it for you.

Okay Thank u, Will try with a new cooler and see if that solves the issue, if it does, I'll return the new one and call for warranty on the faulty one. 🙂
