Screen goes dark when streaming

Ill start off saying  im new to this world  and trying my best to learn  how to build pcs. Any help would be awsome 

 I just got a rtx 3080  and installed mabe a week ago  and has been working great  till today. I disided to play with some setings in the geforce menu and  now whenever im streamkng on  somthing like netflix  the screan gets realy dark and kind red ish till u x out of the window. Then its fine. I wiped the computer to factory setings and it still does it. Any help would be awsome
