My gpu dosent get power, I got an rtx 2070 super and after i cable managed my pc the gpu dosent get power, It has the light on the led panel on, the fans spin for like max 6 seconds then they just slow down and stop, my 12v is put in correctly.

If it did before the problem was the cable management.  Prime “check cable connections” issue.  Power cables are stranded wire, so there are a bunch of fine wires bundled together to make one large but more flexible one.  Some of the wires might have broken with all the wrenching back and forth cable management can do.  You may have wrecked a cable.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Make sure you didn’t accidentally unplug the cable a tiny bit from the psu or gpu either. I’d reseat both and give it a try.

Was included in the whole “check cable connections” thing.  That would be specifically what you are looking for mostly.

That resets the cmos which is where bios changes are stored.  If that worked the problem was likely a bios setting to include XMP/docp so if you had that on it’s effectively running slower now.  With my board I also have to pull and reinstall stuff to even get at it. Could be doing that may have fixed things too.  I’ve found that sometimes updating the bios solves problems where the memory “auto overclock” doesn’t work right.  Not always though.. sometimes you just have to manually set your memory which can really suck.  It takes a long time.
