Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I am mainly getting this for school and minor gaming, but mainly for school and to be able to handle multiple tabs on chrome all at once.

You'll definitely need a bigger budget. $350 will barely cover cpu, motherboard, and RAM.

 

Might want to look at used and refurbished markets for anything decent. You can get something like this, and replace the HDD with a SSD.
