Creative sound blaster live!

So i found my old sound card. As you can see few pins are broken and that "speaker" cable is cut down. Would it still work? And would it sound any better than realtek integrated sound card?

you'd be hard pushed to beat today's audio with today's sound cards, even though I have a soft spot for the old live card, it won't add anything to your system.   But if you do use it the card use the rear channel out instead of the the front as it uses wolfson dacs which were better than the front dacs which were embedded in the DSP.

An oldie but a goldie.. I think I had this before but I now have the Creative X-Fi USB one...
