Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Most AAA games on ultra settings, 1080p, 60fps with ideally the option to get to 144hz in the future on some lower graphics. Other than this, general usage would include triple monitor with about 50 tabs open and code compilation.

Other details: I have compiled a whole PC myself and am looking for assurance on the parts, however before I get into that, here are some mandatory things for me:

 - 32GB RAM

 - 2TB SSD

 - 2TB HDD

 - RGB where possible without adding too much cost

 - Processor capable of running most simulator games with speed

It all looks fine, you might want a 13600k that came out today. And spending $10 more for the non-f version of the processor might be better incase you need to debug, or you're waiting for your GPU to arrive.
