No Post after installing new cpu

Today I installed my AMD Ryzen 5 5500 into my asrock b450 pro4 motherboard. Previously I had an AMD Ryzen 5 1600 installed. Now when I go to turn it on, all the fans light up an turn onto 100% for about 20 seconds then everything turns off and it tries to post again, I have no idea what is going on.

Did you update the bios to the latest version?

You have to put your old cpu back in and flash the latest bios from the website I linked.

I am back from updating to the new bios, the computer turns on and fans are on but the computer does not post or turn off now.
