No display when HBA installed?

Hi, so I'm trying to add some hard drives to my system so I've bought a dell h310 HBA which I've used in other systems and works fine with those, but I've tried installing in my 2nd pciex slot and whenever I do, I get no display from my rx570. I am completely lost. I've checked the bios, nothing in there seems to be any help either. My motherboard is a gigabyte B85M-D3H with a xeon 1231 V3. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Have you tried switching the cards around? There might be some issue with dividing up PCIe lanes, I had to move my GPU because of that before. Never found out why, but it worked.
