SSD usage so high

Why is my ssd, ram, and sometimes cpu usage so high??  this is a new pc and my 1tb ssd is at 100% utilization and my ram is almost at 100% too, why  my specs are:
 

i7-6700
gt 1030
16gb ddr4
1tb ssd

 

Whats causing all this, what is happening?

 

 

Edit: while writing this my chrome suddenly went black than continued as it refreshed or smth, i had sound in the background of chrome and i still heard it when chrome "refreshed"

If you're worried about disk usage, check the disk usage tab.

Edit: MY PC SUDDENLY FROZE AND BECAME REALLY SLOW (my mouse cursor was lagging too) SO I HAD TO RESTART IT

im checking rn and after i restarted the pc everythings, normal!?
