GPU not displaying

i built my buddy a new gaming PC with a 3060 but it wont display. i installed my GPU a 1060 and was able to get it to display and install windows 10 and geforce so i tried his GPU again but it still would not display so i had him replace it for a new one and i updated the bios and it STILL wont work im using a Asus b550F ryzen 5600x
