My PC spec
CPU : i5 3470S
Ram : 8GB DDR3 1333Mhz
GPU : GTX 1060 6GB
HDD : 1 TB 7200RPM
when i play fortnite i face fps drop very frequently. So i check youtube and found that  most of them have almost same config but they have SSD and they play very smoothly. I didn't face any lag any in Dota or Valorant . but I am facing fps frop in fortnite . My windows is update and also my GPU driver. Is this happen because i don't have SSD and windows and game file are all in HDD ?

I could very well be the hard drive but what fps do you normally get and what settings do you play fortnite at? At higher settings I wouldn't expect your system to get above 60fps

I play at low setting get 60FPS . 60 fps isn't problem for me but i face huge amount of fps drop . I play valorant and Dota and i get 100+ fps. another thing i notice that my disk usage is 100% when i play fortnite
