(Insert random program) - Bad Image error?

Whenever I open certain programs like fraps I get an error that says  fraps - bad image And then the file location is a dll in an NVIDIA folder. It also happens when I want to go full screen on youtube. Any suggestions on whats happening or how to fix it? I think this might be in the wrong section but I pu it in Graphics cards because of its relation to the NVIDIA folder.
