Budget (including currency): As cheep as Possible

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for:

Streaming MLB games using Nord VPN to set my location.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

I will be connecting to my TV, as you can't cast to the TV with the MLB network app on my phone / TV. Just need to be able to connect to WiFi as I most likely won't have an Ethernet local.

My tower won't be in the same room as the TV.

Why:

MLB streaming is about 80/ year for every (almost) game except for local games which are blacked out. I don't want cable it's expensive. The local broadcaster charges 20/mo to just watch the one local team.
