Hi everyone,
I have a high-end gaming PC capable of running Cyberpunk on everything max with Ray-tracing on 60fps, however when I decide to play League of Legends with the highest settings, it won't remain stable on 144fps, it jumps between 90-110 and sometimes from 110-144. Similar example, I can run most Ray-tracing games on stable 60fps, but Minecraft with Shaders and a resource pack goes up to 90fps when it should (or so I believe) be at/over 144fps. Without shaders the fps is around 300. Is it a problem on my end and does anyone know how to fix this?

Performance in one game doesn't mean a guaranteed framerate in another.

We'd need to know your spec (CPU, RAM, Motherboard, GPU, Power Supply, any overclocks running or not, etc).

That wildly depends on the shaders. Back when I mucked about with em, some barely hit performance and the really beefy ones brought the Radeon VII I had at the time to a 30fps crawl at only 1080p.
