First Build for Motion Graphics and Animation review/help?

Budget (including currency): ~$2200 but open to up to $2500 (minus case and ram (already have both of those))

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: After Effects, Cinema4D, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Casual Gaming (Minecraft with shaders, Stardew, Etc.)

Other details: Here is my current list. Unsure of GPU, Motherboard, and Storage needs for these programs but if it helps, I am currently a student and only do light freelance work, but will move into career by 2024. Would love to make it cheaper if I could but not the end of the world if I can't. Current monitor is 1080, but want to upgrade to a 4k next year with high color accuracy. I'll hopefully have all the parts by December (Black Friday/Cyber Monday plus Christmas Gifts).
