CPU core 100%

my pc is 

ryzen 9 5900x

ram lpx 3600mhz cl 18

rtx 3070

corsair power supply 1000w 

motherbord rog strix b550-f 

2 ssd m.2 

so im having a problem i think with my cpu i upgrade my cpu form 7 5700g to 9 5900x. the problem is then i run a game it uses 100 procent one core 80 procent of the time, on the ryzen 7 5700g i didint have any problems with streaming or any other apps when i was runinng a game but now when i start a game every think runs 3 times slower even the camera is laging. does some one as idea when can be the problem. i all ready update my chipset drivers and i download amd ryzen master and i optimized set the ram to D.O.C.P it and still same think happends when i start a game.
