Dedi Streaming Mini PC

So my current PC that i use for streaming is my weaker PC. So i can't do what i currently want. If any one uses OBS and knows what i'm talking about i get Skipped frames error so i always have to turn down my settings.

So what i'm looking for is opinions on a CPU i can use for Processing my stream. I would also like to put my Build in to a Corsair 250D or a Bitfenix Phenom so a Mini-ATX would be needed for the mobo, right?

Well this is just the start. Just seeing if any one has a similar Mini streaming PC in this range of Build size!

NVENC or Intel Quicksync are less cpu intensive and should work fine.

Have you tried either of those options in OBS?

otherwise, get a 4770k and a Z87 board

Seeing as a friend built a PC similar to what i'm asking, his was under/ around $1000. I just wanted to see if there was a Better CPU for processing and video encoding in a small system.

Location = Canada.

I've tried Nvidia NVENC and Intel Quick Sync. Sadly i have to crank my Bitrate up too high for anything close to equal quality for CPU from what i can tell with using those encoders.

So if you recommend using a 4770K and a Z87 Board i guess i don't have to change my setup.

Here is what i'm gonna get if any one was wondering. I am getting the parts on look so just a little overpriced build to some. So making it mostly red and corsair is what i went with. I can also take this PC to places i can't my Full Tower if i need to.

Well that is kind of it i guess. Unless someone has something to add I'll just leave it at that!
