Junk Files arent deleting.

There are these files in my storage drive that just appear./ dont know where they came from so i tried to delete them but windows tells me I dont have the permission to delete them or it is running in a program. I am the admin so i should have permission and i dont have any programs running so wth.

 

I closed all my programs and i was able to delete the files but as son as i open them back up the files appear again...

Sounds like a virus :/ reboot into safe mod with network enabled. Delete those files, go and dl another AV, avast, 360 internet security, etc., update virus definition on it. Run it if possible in safe mode. If you need to reboot after the install reboot again in safe mode network and try running/scanning your hdd from there. If you can't just just do it in normal windows then.
