Graphics card problems

Hey, so I have recently been having problems with my graphics card. Iv'e been making many forums on LTT. They eatheir help or get me somewhere. So bassically whats happening is I have a preebuild (link in specs) and I so far upgraded enough that its now half custom and half original preebuild. My GPU usage never hits 100% in any games. I can frame drops in all games I play, and when I turn on G-sync my monitor flickers alot ( this didnt happen before) If you guys can help me out this would mean a tremendous amount :).

RAM: 8gb to 16 gb of corsair vengeance 

GPU: GTX 1050 TI to RTX 3060 TI Founders Edition

CPU: i5-11400f (did not upgrade)

PSU: 500 watt PSU to corsair RM750 

MOBO: B560 DS3H AC-Y1 (did not upgrade) 

MONITOR: MSI Optix g272 165Hz

 

It came with 1 500gb SSD that I added another 500gb of SSD. I also have the stock CPU cooler.
