I've recently built a computer, it was working fine for the first month but then I got around to here somehow.

I was launching up a game so it didn't load, I had to end the process threw task manager because it was taking forever to shut down.

I decided to start a mp3 file which was one of my music so it started up, but no music was playing.

I restarted my computer and then It didn't do anything. I restarted it with the power button this time and I get an error threw my monitor

"No signal"

My keyboard and mouse don't light up either. My computer boots on, and I can see the power button glowing.

The optical drive opens as if the computer is on, but It's as if the entire back of my computer wont work.

Things I've tried?

-Restarting it 33 times.

-unplugging it and plugging it back in.

-completely taking it apart and putting it back together.

Somehow none of that worked, I'm starting to think one of the parts is broken.

My computer specs?

-AMD FX 6300 4.2GHZ overclocked processor

-Coolermaster hyper212 evo plus CPU Cooler

-MSI 970A-G43 Motherboard

-Western Digital Caviar blue 1TB Hard drive

-ASUS Radeon R9 270 2GB GPU

-Corsair 200R Mid tower case

-Corsair Builder CX500 Power supply

-Asus DRW-241ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer

-Win7

I'm grateful that you took your time to look into this for me.

No, I do not. Is it my motherboard?

That or your CPU (just what I'm thinking anyways).

I know you already rebuilt it, but I'd go back through again and make sure everything is seated properly. If everything is seated properly, I'd call up MSI support first to see about the motherboard. I Google'd the issue for that particular model and there's a few people with that issue and resolved it by getting a new motherboard.

most likely a ram or gpu problem, I would suggest finding a friend with a gpu and borrow it and also ask for his ram.

My Little Gaming Rig:

CPU: FX 8320 | MOBO: Gigabyte 970A-D3P | RAM: G.Skill Ares 2x4GB | GPU: Sapphire Dual-X R9 270X | Storage: Seagate SSHD 1TB | Case: Corsair 200R | PSU: CM 550W V-Series

Upgrades to come: CPU FAN: Corsair H100i | RAM: 2 more 4GB sticks | GPU: Another R9 270X running in crossfire | Storage: Samsung 120GB SSD | PSU: Corsair 800w

So do I trade in my motherboard for a new one or something?
