HELP!! Only 1 ram lighting up

Here i have two GSkill TridentZ ram and only one stick is lighting up, I've swapped the seats and the ram still doesn't light up. It is still registered on my pc but the only problem is the rgb. Please Help.

Does the stick work? Try only that stick. Is it recognized in RGB software when it's the only one plugged in?

If everything is fine and RGB software recognizes that stick, you may have to RMA it.

Yes the ram works perfectly fine when it's the only one in, both of the ram worked perfectly fine until I used "Signal RGB" software and then one of the ram stick's rgb switched off.

When you boot up the PC, do both sticks light up? Is it just due to software that one switches off?

No it doesn't light up anymore, I've tried reseating multiple times but that specific ram doesn't light up but still functions.

I don't know about the software.
