Could you please use ca.pcpartpicker.com instead? I want to take a look but just don't feel like opening a lot of tabs for each part.

My recommendation: https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/7tj8zf

i3-12400, great value for the price paired, no air cooler needed for 12400, could be an upgrade later. I personally use 12400, it ran fine with stock air cooler.

Good value motherboard.

Cheapest RAM, you could change to better looking ones. Side note, please check the board's QVL list for RAM, for compatibility check.

1TB value ssd + 2tb hdd.

6600 XT, excellent 1080p high fps gaming.

High quality 650w PSU.

A bit left for case, I saw the case you picked, reviews aren't so great.

Occassionaly visits the forum when I have nothing to do at work.

it'll play what you want it to play, but there are places you can make some quick improvements.

The time has come to dump the HDD and pick an SSD. Booting from an HDD will make the whole PC much slower than it needs to be. Swap that 2 TB HDD for a NVMe drive, or at least an SSD. You'll be glad you did.

As far as the MoBo, is there a reason you chose a B450 motherboard instead of a B550? And make sure that motherboard has a way to update the BIOS without booting, because the 5500 (non X) will likely need an BIOS update on a 450 MoBo

The 5600 hundred is a great little CPU, especially if you can get a cheap Mobo and RAM with it but be aware that any upgrade will mean new Mobo/CPU/RAM as you move to the AM5 platform sometime in the future.

Additionally, may I recommend the RX 6600 instead of the older, backordered RTX 2060 you have on there?

Everything is in flux right now since literally everyone has announced new parts this quarter, so snatch up whatever deals you can.

Salt SYSTEMs:

SYSTEM-Infinity+1(Centerpiece) -- Ryzen 5600X + RX 6800 XT + Galahad 360 + 32GB + Thermaltake P3

SYSTEM-Embrace (Portable) --Ryzen 5600 + RX 5700 XT + Galahad 240 + 16GB + Hyte Revolt 3

That's a good build. I was gonna do a AMD/Ryzen version of it, but frankly that Intel build is probably the better deal.
