Which gpu is better?

Obviously the RX 6800, but are they the same price? The 6750 XT has to be cheaper right, especially for a low end model. Regardless, if the price is not that much different, get the 6800.

Why is it better? The price is 100€ more so i dont really know

100 euros more? Not worth it then. 

6800 is quite a bit faster than the 6750XT,  but only about 7%. Therefore the price difference is not worth it, that said, the 6750 XT is not really a good buy. See if the 6700 XT is much cheaper or not, if yes, then go with the 6700 XT.  Because 6750 XT is just an overclocked 6700 XT.

Which model i should buy because there are tons of them there are cheap ones and there are the ones that cost around the same of an 6750xt

Get the cheapest one or the one you like the most, mid-lower end cards rarely differ, mostly just the looks and build quality.

So if i like a one that costs more than a 6750xt. I should buy the 6750xt?

Generally, yes, performance comes first. 

But if I were you, I'd fine the sweet spot between looks and cost. Overbuilt cards look great, but also unnecessarily expensive.
