Hello,

Just upgraded the BIOS in my MSI x470 m7 ac to accept a Ryzen 7 5800X, however after doing it I'm greeted with a Hyper Visor Error at boot up.

The computer boots fine after I press Delete or Enter and runs like normal. I will attach photos of the screen as well as an error code on the mother board that I can't seem to find the meaning to!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!20220916_230122.thumb.jpg.0475b44e9a599010218816546bff7317.jpg20220916_232845.thumb.jpg.91bde660c0a55c7e8f4be58b5bee4b71.jpg20220916_230124.thumb.jpg.ab7065dffa7ff5904d6e6ec550924975.jpg20220916_230127.thumb.jpg.13af79c7e22f22b7e1817f6f8aa9fd84.jpg

What does hypervisor error mean?

The Hypervisor is predominantly used for running Virtual Machines, and this BSOD error pops up when Hypervisor is not working properly. This could be due to hardware issues, faulty drivers, corrupted system files, and corrupted Windows updates. Table of Contents.
