I'd buy a larger M.2 drive. Most modern game titles will use up 500 quick. Since this is your primary means for storage you'll want the extra headroom should your budget allow it. Also 3d modelling uses RAM like crazy. 16 is bare minimum probably. Again if you want (or can afford) I'd spring for a 32 gb kit, (DDR4 kits are falling in price). Just my two cents

About what id reccommend

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/vgFkzf

Non k version since oc dosent give a lot of perfromance

Same cooling potential for cheaper

Good board for the price

32gb of ram instead of 16

2tb storage

3080 which is a nice improvement over a 3070ti with its vram and overall speed perfromance uplift

Nice case that's a bit cheaper and a decent 850 watt psu

Get way more storage than that and double the RAM.

All the above recommendations should suffice, but I have to ask, would you be playing in 1080p, 1440p or 4K?

A 3080 12GB would be bottlenecked at 1080p, a bit less at 1440p, accel at 4K.

A 3070 (Ti) would be excellent for 1440p, a bit underpowered for 4K stable 60fps (w/o DLSS).
