Second screen washed out

I recently set up a dual monitors. With my 1660 TI. My primary is a 27inch HP via HDMI. Secondary is a 19inch HDTV hooked up with a Display port to HDMI cable. The second screen looks noticeably washed out. A gaming console or something like that looks fine on the display, but no mater how I hook it up to the PC it looks poopy. Am I missing something?
