java 8 Java causes video playback problems

Hello and thanks for reading my post! 

 

I am having weird problems with Java 8 Update 341 (Can't try with different versions at this time.)

 

Basicly when I have Java installed all youtube videos have massive delay to start playing.

There is also delay if I pause the video for even a second and click resume. 

Note: I am confident this has nothing to do with normal buffering / youtube caching as same video behaves differently depending on if Java is installed or not.

 

The problem instantly goes away when I uninstall Java and restart my computer,

also the problem doesnt start after install Java rather it start after install + system reboot.

 

I have tried these steps to solve the problem:

1. Play around in Java settings

2. Different browsers (Chrome, Edge and all the rest of popular browsers.)

 

I am going to try updating Windows after making this post and update this if it helps.

 

As this seems to be software issue I am not going to post full spec list:

Browser I am currently using: Chrome  105.0.5195.125

Windows 11 Home, 21H2  22000.856

Ryzen 7 2700X @ 4.10

32GB of DDR4 @ 3600

GTX 1070TI 8GB
