Hello, I ordered a screw diver over two weeks ago and have yet to get a tracking number or any update on its delivery.

 

I've reached out to the support email a few times and have yet to hear back. The shipping time was 3 to 9 days and I gave it the benefit of the doubt but I'm running out of patience.

 

I understand there are backlogs and it takes time to get products out but some communication would go a long way.

 

The order number is 392175

 

Any update on the shipping would be phenomenal.

3-9 days once it ships. 

Even if you are in wave 1, it says they should have 15,000 pieces by October 20th, and it could be longer if you order the black shaft.

It's going to take some time my dude.

Its been talked about on here many times that support tickets are backed up several weeks right now. I get that its frustrating but shipping is also a bit behind, there were people in wave one that reported getting their tracking numbers as recently as yesterday for a product that was scheduled to start shipping on oct 20, but dont forget that they arent shipping 15,000 drivers out in one day, after the start of wave 2 shipment it could still be a week before someone in wave 2 actually has their driver leave the warehouse
