Web filter based on keyword

Hi everyone, I have been trying to block adult websites. Unfortunately, you can use Wish and Amazon to get adult content. I am getting to the point where I will take the family computer away and we loses 100% of his computer privilege's unless someone is actively watching him. I have spent money on both Circle and Qustodio and neither of them filter web content based on key words. I used to use k9 web protection, but that doesn't exist anymore. Is there any way to filter web content based on keyword or some kind of physical network web filter device I can build (preferred) or buy?
