After some help from you lovely people i have been able to put together  this part list

Just as a recap from my last post 

Hobbies:

I create objects in fusion 360 and would  like to dip my toe in blender

I will be using the adobe product  set 

Games:

Command and Conquer  3, stellaris and other RTS games would  be nice other AAAs id probably  play on xbox as im a very casual  gamer

 

Work:(this is second  priority  as mostly my personal machines)

I am a full stack dev so will be using  VSCode along with RDI not sure what reqs they need to be honest 

 

I will be getting my graphics  card 6600XTsecond had which if im paitent ive seen go for £185-£230 at the low end 

 

If you could  please  review  and make any suggestions/corrections  id massively  appreciat it

It looks fine, you may want ryzen 7000 to come out, even if you don't buy one, the 5600X will get a price cut. For better value you could get an Arctic Freezer 34 esports instead of the Hyper 212, it'll perform better for the same price. If you want to save a couple of bucks without impacting performance, you could go for a lower end case, or lower end SSD. If you work with a lot of machine learning, you might want to use a Nvidia GPU.
