playstation 3 network issues ?

So if anyone still have a ps3 and still goes online and i know sony reversed the idea of shutting down ps3 network but is anyone having issues going on the psn store ? keeps saying undergoing maintenance....did they officially shut down anyways ? havent kept up with the news of it lately and i just completely did a deep clean to use it again xD

The store should still be up to my knowledge as they reversed the decision, could just be a temporary thing
