Coil whine.  It's nothing to worry about

Long back I discovered that some crackling noise is coming from my laptop, and today I took a closer look. If really go closer to my laptop (HP10thi5U8GB1x512GBUHD), I can hear some weird electronic crackling. It kind of sounds like an old school scanner from movies, with some electrical crackling, somewhat like the the noise of the friction from the electricity, if that makes sense. Is this normal? Also this comes from a specific spot, which I suspect could be the chipset or something.

bigger number better, makes me look cooler.
