Editing an Existing Program

So I have a program called Custom_Desktop_Logo_V2.2 that I've been using to create crosshair overlays for my games and I'd like to open it up and see how it works and maybe modify it but when I try to open it up with Recourse Hacker I don't really find anything. Just a bunch of images for it's logo and 1 script that doesn't do much. Where do I find the actual code for it?

You can use Ollydbg, a free program that will let you view and edit the code.

 

Of course when I say code I mean assembly so you'll need some know how.

 

What exactly are you trying to change about it?
