Unusual ping SWTOR

Okay, I know SWTOR is not exactly the most popular game amongst this pc enthusist crowd, but Im on of the people who actually play it, non stop, I have a way overkill system, my internet is 50/10 mbps, its actually higher when i speedtest it,a dn the speedtest.net ping is <20ms, but in swtor I go 17ms 20kms for like 5 seconds to 10 second adn back to 20ms, I have updated the killer nic driver, and biggfoot driver, adn tried both on my sniper 5 neither help, ran malware bytes, cleared everything from pc, and kaspersky, and thats all good, but this pin thing, can figure it out for the life of me, and in my guild when i asked no one else seemed to have this issue, please help.

It might not be on your end, and may be on the games end. Is anybody else on the server experiencing higher ping times?
