Is this worth. I know I want a intel lga 1700 board, but I'm not really going hard in on buying everything yet, but I still check prices.

Do you have a K chip, and do you plan on overclocking? If so, yes.

 

If not, a B660 (same model as the one you linked, just B660 instead of Z690) should do.

It's a good board, base price seems bloated but at discounted  price it's good, the mATX model is more than that !
