I will just paste the same text that I posted on reddit.

Computer Type: Desktop

GPU: XFX RX 6600 XT

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600

Motherboard: Gigabyte B450 GAMING X

BIOS Version: F63b

RAM: 16GB G.skill ripjawvs 3600MHz CL19

PSU: Corsair CX750

Operating System & Version: Windows 11 Pro

GPU Drivers: Adrenalin 22.8.1

Monitors: 1 Acer FHD 144Hz monitor connected with DP and 1 AOC 4:3 connected with DVI to HDMI adapter

Description of Original Problem: I don't know if it's my gpu or monitor but sometimes my display "flickers" with weird artifact like lines. I had 2 RX 6600XT before, first was faulty and I got it replaced for the second one wich had the same issue wich at that time I thought was another broken GPU.
Then I bought the XFX card.

Here is an older video of the issue: https://streamable.com/589bns
Here is a video from today: https://streamable.com/prqic6

Troubleshooting: Swapping DP cable didn't help, using HDMI didn't help, changing refresh rate didn't help, turning off FreeSync didnt' help, changing from windows 10 to 11 also didn't help. Before RX 6600 i had RX 480 wich worked fine, in the meantime I borrowed a 1080ti and it also worked fine.

Is it only happening on one monitor? If 2 different cards are giving the exact same issue on only one monitor then the problem has to be the monitor or the cables or connectors, since you say you have already tried running it on DP and HDMI and the issue is still there, it's the monitor.
