pc bios taking forever too boot

need some troubleshooting help my computer started yesterday taking forever to boot the motherboard is giving a vga white light and stuck on code 64 for a good 4 -5 minutes and then boots normally ive reseated my graphics card changed the cables and reset the bios and updated to the latest driver update for my card dont know what else to do at this point any help is appreciated

windows 10

msi z590 motherboard

3800 geforce graphics card

Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-10900K CPU @ 3.70GHz   3.70 GHz

128 gb ram
