reset cmos and try to take out the ram reseat and put only one stick in or put both in different slots make sure all ur cables like the 24 pin cable are seated properly and try using another hdmi cable. I used a fault hdmi cable once when I built my pc thought I did everything wrong but it was just the hdmi cable lol

I need help please, I just built a new rig with the following specs.

NZXT H7 Elite case

CX-F RGB Series Corsair CX750F RGB PSU

Tuf Gaming X570-Plus (WI-FI) Motherboard

WD_Black 2TB SSD

4 x XPG Gammix D20 DDR4 32g Ram total 128gb

AMD Ryzen 9 5950X

EVGA GeForce RTX 3080

Lian Li Galahad AIO 360 UNI FAN SL120 edition

System fired up  entered BIOS, checked my boot sequence so I could install windows from a usb.

Saved bios and rebooted, system booted into installing windows,  entered all choices and suddenly install said, "Can't install windows,  insufficient system requirements ".

Rebooted computer with USB stick out to check if "Secure Boot was disabled in UEFI" however when computer started it didn't enter bios and instead said "FAN Error!"  "Press f1 to enter setup"

F1 won't do anything,  f2 and delete which enters my boards bios won't do anything.

Any help would be appreciated
