dead pixel/flicker issue

Hi,

 

last summer I bought a samsung S27B370H at future shop (Canada) and it had a weird flicker issue; when I would turn it on it would flicker for a few minutes then turn black. after doing some reserch, I found out it was a common thing with that monitor, plus to fix the problem I only had to unplug it and plug it back, that's why I didn't bother making a warranty claim. however, last week a dead pixel appeared in one corner and its pissing me off.

 

Can I return it for 1 dead pixel + the flicker issue?
