Mouse input lag/slight delay

I recently built a new pc, everythings working perfectly, played few csgo games. After that I install Valorant play it as well, everythings fine. One day after that I decide to play csgo again and mouse all of the sudden feels SO SLUGISH and laggy, difference is so noticable(not only in game but it became like that on desktop as well).Mouse acceleration is off, tried mulitple usb ports, always using raw input, v sync off, tried switching hdmi/dp, turning g sync on and off, capping fps on 142, at 144, above 144 and still it stays the same.Anyone had/has the same issue? How possibly could I fix this as it is really affecting my in game performance and feels awful overall?
Mouse im using is Logitech G30

With that being said, I have the same issue and investigating it.

Это называется задержкой ввода. Так же можно заметить, если поставить 60 фпс в одиночной игре, картинка будет тормозить/не плавно. Если переустановка винды не помогла, можно ничего не пробовать. Проблема кроется в процессоре или видеокарте, так как они отвечают за ввод/вывод. Если вы можете купить новый процессор/графическую карту, попробуйте. Do not listen to people with blurbusters, they are talking nonsense and misleading people.
