Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): this is what i have decided in the end, i have cut as much as i could and have ended up with this build, what do you think? if you think i should improve somewhere i would like to know 🙂

Pretty good solid build with no red flags. Unless you're looking for a specific feature set or looks on that MAG motherboard you can save £40 with a PRO B660 motherboard. Unless you need NVIDIA for specific games you play where AMD falls back in showcase titles like Cyberpunk 2077, a 6900XT costs less and is a bit faster.

For an extra 10 pounds you could get a more powerful cooler and it may be something you consider with the 12600k
