PC for my CGI Hobby

Budget (including currency): 4000€

 

Country: Germany

 

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: 
Various games, from Elden Ring to CS:GO to Indie, but not the main focus.
Blender, TerraGen, UE5, Meshroom and some big PS/AI Projects which make my current machine chug. Especially the cpu department

 

Other details

I have got all the peripherals. I would game at 2560x1440 at 180Hz. If the game supports. So i only need the pc case and everything inside^^
But my main focus would be the heavy simulation stuff my current setup, especially the cpu is far overwhelmed.
I thought about the meshify 2 xl to fit comfortable everything in it. As long as it fits under the desk it´s not too big^^
The ryzen 7950x if not totally punished by reviews.
Whatever gpu around the 1000€ especially from nvidia (amd is not very good supported by some of my apps)
I have a 3060 to "survive" until something in that price-range from the 4000 are available.^^

What do you think? Something wrong with my ideas for the rig?
