The message is telling you what your options are… either use an installation disk or a system repair disk. I suggest you do that.

Every time i use an installation disc it simply installs windows and boot drive changes to ssd after that.

When you boot from the installation disk, don't click on Install now, click on Repair your computer instead. Then go to Troubleshoot > Advanced options > System restore.

That worked but another error as soon as it started restoring.
