Bad fps

Does anyone have an idea how to fix this? So my specs are a 2060 ryzen 7 3700x 32 gig of ram. My problem is my fps seem to have dropped way low on all my games and I have no idea why, and when I look up recommended settings for graphics and copy them I'm getting half the fps they are and it just seems like it's not running well. Everything is updated repasted but I'm still getting half frames (and yes raytracing is off)

Did this happen recently? Did you upgrade anything?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

 

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.
