This error message keeps coming up however it only appears when I switch the power off completely on my computer and turn it back on again. When I say power off I mean switching the computer off by the mains or electrical wall out. If I was to shut down the computer for a while and press the power button on the computer it boots normally.

One of the things I have noticed is when I cold start my computer and I go into the bios the date goes back to 2016 at 0:00. I can get past this setting simply entering and exiting the bios without making any changes. When I log into windows the date and time is set to the last time I used my computer which is very strange.

I have owned this computer for three years and this is the first problem I have come across.

These are the things I have tired:

- Updated BIOS

- Replaced CMOS battery

- Reset BIOS settings using the jumper.

- Reinstalled windows and formatting every hard drive

- Changed SATA mode selection to RAID as instructed by the error message. This combined 2 of my hard drives and 1 ssd drive into one drive in windows. It recognised 2.82TB storage. I have in total close to 5TB in storage but windows would only recognise 2.82TB as one single drive. That did not work. I am not familiar with raid storage at all I just want to play my games in peace.

- I took my entire computer apart and put it back together, I have checked all connectors.

Update: I have not found a solution. I have disconnected all drives and the problem persists. The problem only happens when I turn off the mains switch on the electrical outlet and then turn my computer on when I come back from work. Other than that the computer is fine. Any possible fixes will be highly appreciated. Thank You.

Thank you for responding to my thread. I have checked and run multiple tests on cpu, ram, gpu and storage drives. I have not checked psu and the motherboard since I don't know how to test these things. I have changed the cmos battery and not made a difference. When I enter the bios the date and time keeps resetting. When I log into windows it takes about five minutes to go back to the current time. However in Windows the date and time is set to the last time I used my computer. If it is one of the capacitor how do I go about fixing it?
